We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including specifications, voltage ratings, accessories and country of origin. Minor variations in packaging, finish or included accessories may occur between production batches.

1. All orders are treated as an offer to purchase and remain subject to our acceptance and stock availability.
2. We may cancel or limit an order where a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or the order appears fraudulent.
3. Order confirmations are sent by email or WhatsApp; please review your details and notify us immediately of any error.
4. Changes or cancellations can only be accommodated before an order has been dispatched.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Because our range is imported, prices may change without prior notice due to exchange rates, duties and supplier revisions.

• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, card payment and cash on delivery where available.
• Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed, except for approved cash-on-delivery orders.
• Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order.

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, with delivery typically taking 2–5 working days depending on your location.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays or incorrect addresses are outside our control.
• Please inspect the parcel at the time of delivery and report visible transit damage immediately.
• Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided.

If a product arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photographs and a short description of the issue.

1. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
2. Consumables, blades, bits, cutting accessories and items damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.
3. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days of inspection.
4. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Where a manufacturer or brand warranty applies, it is provided directly by that manufacturer or its authorised service partner and is limited to the terms of that warranty. Junaid Ideas facilitates warranty claims but does not extend or replace them.

Warranty cover does not apply to normal wear and tear, overloading, incorrect voltage or power supply, unauthorised repairs or modifications, or use beyond the product’s intended purpose. Except as required by law, products are supplied “as is” without further warranties of any kind.

Our total liability in relation to any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
